ToggleTransparent features

The mod is designed for moments when a desktop companion overlaps controls you need to use. Pressing F8 toggles the click-through state, but the shortcut only works while Desktop Mate has focus. How to remove the mod

Remove your locally built DLL from the MelonLoader Mods folder and relaunch. If input remains blocked, restart Desktop Mate without MelonLoader.

Troubleshooting

  • F8 will not restore input: Alt+Tab to Desktop Mate first because the author notes the focus requirement.
  • Clicks still do not pass through: confirm the mod loaded and no overlay is intercepting input.
  • Found a binary elsewhere: compare it to a reproducible local build or avoid it; the original repo publishes no asset.
